Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 8–12 business days within the United States. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear after shipment.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. We currently ship to the United States only.

Duties & taxes: All orders ship duty-paid — the price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees at delivery.

Order changes: Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us at support@grillduty.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order ships, we can't redirect it.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us and we'll either reship or refund you in full.
